If you want to add some zest to your next cup of tea, we recommend the following easy tip:

Add some cinnamon to your tea pot and let the wonderful cinammon spice infuse your next cup.

  • helps relieve stomach pains, nausea and headaches

We personally love adding a small cinammon bark in our yellow loose leaf tea pot, while steeping our Skiny Oolong tea.  The warm flavour is great in a cold winter day.
